Three meat roll

A perfect dish for dinner on a special occasion, a unique mix of ingredients that you have to try!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-cut sheet of DIVALI Puff Pastry Dough (375g.)
  • 250g ground beef
  • 250g ground pork
  • 250g ground chicken meat
  • 3 eggs
  • 10g of Garlic
  • 30g Tomato Sauce
  • 200g Bread Crumbs
  • 25g Meat base
  • 30g Soy Sauce
  • 80g Bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cherry tomato
  • Crisp lettuce
  • Oil

Chef’s Note

You can add beer to the recipe to give it a different flavor. If you do so, you must adjust the amount of Bread Crumbs to have the necessary consistency to assemble the cylinder.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170°C or 300°F

PREPARATION OF THE ROLL

  1. In a bowl, mix: beef, pork, chicken, eggs, garlic, tomato sauce, breadcrumbs, meat base, soy sauce, salt and pepper. taste. Rub your hands with oil to make it easier to mix the ingredients.
  2. Stir all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Cut two pieces of aluminum foil measuring 45cm x 30cm.
  4. Take one of the pieces of aluminum foil and place it on the baking sheet. Place the meat mixture and shape it into a cylinder.
  5. Wrap the roll very well with the two pieces of aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 1 hour and let cool.

ROLL COVERING

  1. Prepare a smooth surface and sprinkle wheat flour.
  2. Place the DIVALI puff pastry sheet on it.
  3. Stretch the DIVALI puff pastry dough to a thickness of 2 millimeters.
  4. Cut strips approximately 2cm wide.
  5. Once the meat roll is cold, carefully remove the aluminum foil.
  6. Place the roll on a tray with waxed paper or a little oil.
  7. Cover the roll with the bacon slices.
  8. Fold a strip of DIVALI puff pastry in half and twist it and then place it surrounding the roll.
    Note: The number of twisted puff pastry strips can be equal to the number of servings you are going to serve.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
