Frozen
- The puff pastry should be kept frozen (-18ºC) for up to 4 months.
- Once defrosted, it should be prepared and not refrozen.
- In refrigeration (0-5ºC) the puff pastry lasts 8 days.
- Only take out the amount of product that you are going to use and the rest you can wrap in plastic and store it again in the freezer.
- Once you assemble the cakes, the ideal is to bake and eat them, but if you want to assemble and bake them later, you must wrap them in plastic and store them in the fridge for a maximum of 5 days.
- If you live in a place with high temperatures, it is better to store the baked cakes in the fridge.
- Baked goods should be kept away from heat sources and in a cool, moisture-free place.
